Thai Flower Shrimp Ingredients

6 ea Shrimp 16-20 count2 t Garlic minced
7 ea Asparagus fresh, rinsed and soaked2 tb Oyster Sauce
3 ea Chinese Dried Black Mushrooms soaked 15 min2 ea Red chili peppers seeded and sliced
1 tb Oil

Instructions for Thai Flower Shrimp

------------Mis en Place-----------
1. Peel shrimp, leaving the tail on
2. cut through back of shrimp and slip tail through cut to form flower.
3. cut off stems of mushrooms and discard

------------Fire------------
1. saute garlic and mushrooms for 1 minute
2. add remaining ingredients. saute until shrimp are pink and firm

-----------Plating----------
fan asparagus on plate interspersing shrimp. Place mushrooms at point
serve with rice.
