Chimichurri Sauce Ingredients
1 c Italian
parsley
fresh, packed
2 ea
Garlic
cloves peeled
1/2 c
Olive oil
3/4 t
Red pepper
dried crushed
1/3 c
Red wine vinegar
1/2 t Ground
cumin
1/4 c
Cilantro
1/2 t
Salt
Instructions for Chimichurri Sauce
1. Puree all ingredients in processor.
2. Transfer to bowl.
(Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover and let stand at room temperature.)
