7 ounces Feta cheese cut in cubes	1/4 teaspoon Dried chiles crushed
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano	1 teaspoon Whole peppercorns
5 leaves Fresh mint chopped	1/4 cup Olive oil

Mix spices and olive oil well. Add feta and combine gently.

Marinate for 24 hours or more.
