Hot Cider Nog Ingredients
2 cups
half and half
1/4 teaspoon ground
cinnamon
1 cup 2% lowfat
milk
1/8 teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1 cup apple
cider
1/8 teaspoon
salt
2
eggs
1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
1/2 cup
sugar
1/2 cup whipping
cream
whipped
Instructions for Hot Cider Nog
Whisk first 8 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium-low heat, whisking occasionally, until mixture thickens and coats a spoon (about 15 minutes). Stir in bourbon, if desired. Top with cream.
