Seafood Fettuccini Ingredients
6 ounces fettucine
1 cup
half and half
1/2 cup
margarine
1/8 teaspoon black
pepper
2 cloves
garlic
finely chopped
1/2 cup grated
Parmesan
cheese
8 ounces imitation
crab
meat
Instructions for Seafood Fettuccini
Cook fettuccini according to package directions; drain. Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium until garlic is lightly browned. Add crab, half and half, and pepper. Heat about 3 minutes or until mixture just begins to bubble stirring occasionally Add Parmesan cheese; stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Toss sauce with fettuccni. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan if desired.
