Gorgonzola Stuffed Dried Figs Ingredients

8 Dried figs (plump and moist)1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 ounces Gorgonzola dolce

Instructions for Gorgonzola Stuffed Dried Figs

1. Simmer the balsamic vinegar in a saucepan over medium high heat until reduced by half. Put in a plastic squeeze bottle. (If you don't have one, you can try drizzling it with a spoon).

2. Cut a hole in the top of the figs and stuff each with about 1/4 oz of cheese.

3. Arrange the figs and drizzle with the balsamic reduction.
