Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Ingredients

2 tbs Onion powder	1 1/2 tsp Ground allspice
1 tbs Sugar	3/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tbs Salt	3/4 tsp Ground red pepper
1 tbs Ground thyme

Instructions for Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Stir together all ingredients. Store in airtight container at room temperature. Rub seasoning on meats or poultry before grilling or roasting.
