Cashew Pea Salad Ingredients

1 package (10 oz) Frozen baby peas thawed1 cup Cashews chopped
1 cup Celery diced1/2 cup Sour cream
1 cup cauliflower chopped1 cup Prepared Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup Green onion diced

Instructions for Cashew Pea Salad

Mix all together. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve. If you want the cashews crunchier, wait to put them in until just before serving.

I got this recipe from my grandma. She makes it every Thanksgiving. I look forward to having this salad every year. Before I got this recipe, I tried to duplicate it with other similar recipes but none came even close. It must be the ranch dressing that makes it so good. [I posted this recipe.]
