Berries And Cheese Surprise Ingredients

3 teaspoons blueberries or raspberries	2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 teaspoons strawberries hulled and quartered	4 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons brandy	1 1/2 teaspoons mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon liquid honey	broken caramel pieces for decoration optional

Instructions for Berries And Cheese Surprise

Place blueberries or rasberries in botton of 4 serving dishes. Top with strawberries. Mix together brandy, honey, lime juice and orange juice. Pour over berries. Spoon mascarpone on top and decorate with shards of caramel, if desired.
