Pretty Good Pastrami Sandwich Ingredients

6 ounces Pastrami - sliced2 slices Pumbernikel bread - the really dark stuff
1/2 cup Fresh Sauerkraut - Not canned if you can avoid it2 tablespoons Honey Mustard

Instructions for Pretty Good Pastrami Sandwich

Spead mustard on bread. Place pastrami on 1 side and kraut on the other.
Close the sandwich and cut in half.

Dig in, or share half with a friend.
