Sesame Scallops Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoon Peanut oil 1 teaspoon Hot chili paste
1 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil 1/8 teaspoon Ginger
1 tablespoon Soy sauce 3 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce 350 grams Large Scallops
1 tablespoon Lime Juice

Instructions for Sesame Scallops

Mix first six ingredients together, blending well. Add scallops and marinate them for 10-15 minutes. Place scallops on broiler pan and sprinkle with half of the sesame seeds. Broil for about 5 minutes, then turn and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds. Broil for a further 5 minutes or until they're just cooked. Be careful not to overcook them!
