Corn Pudding Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) Whole Kernel Corn drained1 cup Sour cream
1 can (16 oz) Corn cream-style1/4 cup Margarine melted
1 package (8 1/2) oz Corn Muffin Mix 3 whole Egg

Instructions for Corn Pudding

MIX all ingredients until well blended

SPOON into 13X9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray

BAKE at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown

SERVE with additional butter, if desired.

TIP: Add cup each finely chopped red pepper and green onions to batter before spooning into baking dish.
