Greg Stoner's Baked Beans Ingredients

1/2 pound Bacon 3 tablespoon Yellow mustard
1 cup Celery finely chopped2 cubes Beef bouillon
3 cups White Onion finely chopped2/3 cup Boiling water
3 pounds Ground beef 3/4 teaspoon Cayenne
3 cloves Garlic minced3/4 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
2 cans (29 oz). Baked beans 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 1/2 cups Ketchup

Instructions for Greg Stoner's Baked Beans

Fry bacon slices in skillet. When crisp, remove from pan. In drippings, saute celery and onion while seasoning with about 1/4 to a 1/3 of the garlic salt and seasoned salt. Set aside. Drain excess grease.
Cook ground beef with the minced garlic, until meat is brown. Drain grease. Combine baked beans, onion, celery, and ground beef with ketchup, mustard, cayenne, remaining salts, and the beef bouillon cubes dissolved in boiling water.
Crumble bacon and add. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375F.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight, and baked just prior to serving.
