Chick Pea Salad Ingredients
1 bunch Green
onion
s chopped
1 teaspoon
Salt
1 can (16 oz) Garbanzo
beans
drained
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
2 large
Tomato
es chopped
1/4 cup
Olive oil
3 cloves
Garlic
pressed
3 tablespoons
Cider Vinegar
Instructions for Chick Pea Salad
Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Let sit, covered, for 1/2 hour.
Spoon over leaf lettuce in bowl.
NOTE: Be sure to remove the pressed garlic cloves before serving!
