Have Crisco at room temperature. Melt the cup sugar in 1 Cup of the warm water together with the 3 sections of dry yeast. Sift 11 Cups Flour into large bowl and scoop out large hole in center. Add 3 Cups warm water, 1 TSP salt and the above mixture of sugar and yeast. Add 1 TSP baking powder and 1 Cup of Crisco. It is messy, but works best to mix with fingers. Keep working in flour, turning bowl. When all flour is worked in, put the large ball of dough in LARGE greased bowl. Let rise to twice the size, work down and allow to rise again. Make into rolls and place on greased baking sheets. Let rise again before baking!! Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, turning pan so the don't burn on one side.
