Artichoke Casserole Ingredients

2 cups Mushrooms sliced1/4 teaspoon Thyme crushed
2 tblspoons Butter 1/8 teaspoon Marjoram crushed
2 packages (9 oz) Artichoke hearts cooked and drained1 cup Swiss Cheese shredded
1 envelope (1 oz) Chicken gravy mix 1 tb Dry white wine

Instructions for Artichoke Casserole

Cook mushrooms in butter about saute 5 minutes or until tender. Combine mushrooms and artichokes in a 1 quart casserole dish. Prepare gravy mix according to package instructions. Remove from heat. Add herbs and cup of the cheese; stir until melted. Stir in wine. Pour over vegetables. Cover; Back in a 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 2 to 3 minutes more or until melted.
