Vegetable Chicken Soup Ingredients

Soup bones or Chicken backs and necks 1/2 cup Rice
Beef shank optional (instead of chicken bones)1 can (12 oz) Tomatoes chopped
4 ea Carrots (large) chopped2 ea Chicken bouillon
4 ea Celery chopped Salt & pepper to taste
1 Onion chopped6 cups Water
1 handful Noodle (small) 3 each Bay leaves

Instructions for Vegetable Chicken Soup

Simmer soup bones in 6 cups of water for about 2 hours. Strain and remove soup bones. Add chopped vegetables, tomatoes and bouillon cubes and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add rice, noodles, bay leaves and salt and pepper to taste. Continue to simmer another 15-20 minutes until everything is cooked. Remove bay leaves and serve.
