Almond Roca Cookies Ingredients

1 cup Butter	1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Brown sugar	2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Sugar	1 cup Almonds chopped
1 Egg yolk beaten

Instructions for Almond Roca Cookies

Cream together butter and sugars. Add beaten egg yolk and vanilla then slowly mix in flour. Spread onto greased cookie sheet inch thick. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until a light golden brown on top. (cookies taste better if a little crisp, but don't over cook or they will crumble when you cut them).

Melt 10oz chocolate bar in double boiler. Spread over cookie while chocolate is still warm. Sprinkle with almonds. Let cool then cut into squares.
