Cheryl's BCB's (Blue Cheese Balls) Ingredients

1/2 pound Rockford or Gorgonzola cheese Pinch of Cayenne
5 TBS Softened Butter 1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard
2 TBS Minced Green Onion 1/8 teaspoon Salt
2 TBS Minced Celery 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions for Cheryl's BCB's (Blue Cheese Balls)

Mix together and chill. While waiting prepare 1/2 cup bread crumbs mixed with 2 TBS finely chopped parsley. Form Balls out of chilled mixture and roll in bread crumb parsley mixture. Enjoy!
