Bacon And Cheese Muffins Ingredients
1 3/4 cups Self raising
flour
10 slices
bacon
cooked and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1 large
egg
slightly beaten
1/2 cup shredded sharp
cheddar
cheese
3/4 cup
milk
2 tablespoons
sugar
1/3 cup
vegetable oil
Instructions for Bacon And Cheese Muffins
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg, milk, and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into well greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes or until golden. Remove from pans immediately.
