2-Minute Souffle au Grand Marier with Raspberry Creme Fraiche Ingredients

1/3 c
Cream
1 package
Cream cheese
cut into 8 pieces
1/3 c
Sour cream
3/4 c
Cream
1 tb
Grand Marnier
liqueur
1/4 c
Grand Marnier
liqueur
2 ts
Sugar
1/2 c
Sugar
1/4 c
Raspberries
fresh or frozen
RASPBERRY CREME FRAI
Instructions for 2-Minute Souffle au Grand Marier with Raspberry Creme Fraiche
In a food processor, place all ingredients and blend for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into a 1 quart souffle dish that has been buttered and dusted lightly with sugar. (Can be held in the refrigerator at this point.)
Bake in a 375 degree F. oven for about 50 minutes to 1 hour or until top is crowned and golden. Serve immediatly with a spoonful of Raspberry Creme Fraiche or lightly whipped cream.
Raspberry Creme Fraiche: Earlier in the day, stir together all the ingredients until blended. Store in the refrigerator intil serving time. Yield is about 3/4 cup sauce.
