Hawaiian Bread Ingredients

1/2 cup Canned pineapple chunks well drained and cut up1 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 cup Sugar free maple syrup regular maple syrup is also OK to use1/2 cup Shredded coconut
1/4 cup Half-and-half cream 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows
1 ea Egg well beaten1/3 cup Chopped almonds
1 ea Banana sliced thin or mashed1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
3 cups Bread flour 2 tablespoons Cinnamon
1/4 cup Whole ground flaxseed meal 2 packages (1/4 oz) Rapid rise dry yeast
1 teaspoon Salt 1/3 cup Raisins dried cranberries can be used as a substitute.
3 tablespoons Butter

Instructions for Hawaiian Bread

Set machine on basic loaf, light crust, 1 or 2 pound loaf.

(Don't be afraid to open the lid of the bread machine to check the consistency of the dough. Add water if the dough is dry or flour if wet, as required, while the machine is running.)

After the baking cycle is completed, remove the loaf from the baking pan and place on a cake rack to cool.

Can be eaten as a breakfast bread. Excellent toasted with butter and jam.
