Slow Cooker Pepper Steak Ingredients

2 pounds Round beef steak 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
1/2 cup Soy sauce 5 whole Tomatoes cut tomatoes into eigths or use 16oz can of tomatoes
1 cup Chopped Onions 3 large Green Bell Peppers cut into strips
2 clove Garlic minced3/4 cup Cold Water as required
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar 1 1/4 tablespoon Cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions for Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

1. Cut beef into 3" x 1" strips, Brown in oil in skillet. Drain, transfer to slow cooker

2. In separate bowl, combine soy sauce, onions, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, and giners. Pour over beef.

3. Cover. Cook on low 5-6 hours.

4. Add tomatoes and green peppers. Cook 1 hour longer.

5. combine cold water and cornstarch to make paste, stir into slow cooker. Cook on hight until thinckened.

6. Serve over noodles or rice
