White Wine Marinae Ingredients
Instructions for White Wine Marinae
Garlic; sliced several pieces, 3 or 4 cloves
Zest from 2 limes
Zest from 2 lemons
Juice from 6 lemmons
Juice from 6 Limes
"Herbs of Province" a couple of pinches; if you don't have just substitue something close
Poultry seasoning; 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper: 3/4 cup
Steak Seasoning (dry) 1/2 teaspoon
Salt, 3/4 cup or more if you like, just go for it
Fajita mix seasoning; 1 teaspoon
Oregano, 1/2 teaspoon crushed
Green onions 8 -10 will do, sliced from tip to tip (greens and all)
Worcestershire sauce; 1/4 cup
Liquid smoke, 3 tablespoons
Hot sauce, (your favorite flavor) 20 drops
Salsa; (any flavor) 1/2 cup
White Wine at least 1/2 galon, I use 3/4 gallon; (cheap bt no MD or Ripple)
Olive Oil, 1 to 1 1/2 cup.
Mix all ingredients in a large enough bowl or pot to hold the turkey and cover while marinating.
