Cassis-Spiked Cranberry Sauce Ingredients

1 cup Water 1 12 oz. bag Fresh cranberries
1/2 cup Sugar 1 cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup Creme de cassis liquerur (or other sweet berry liqueur)1 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Creme de cassis liqueur

Instructions for Cassis-Spiked Cranberry Sauce

Bring water, sugar and cup cassis to a boil in a heavy suacepan over high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar.

Add fresh cranberries, return to boil, and reduce heat to medium low and summer until cranberries pop and sauce thickens (about 15 minutes).

Remove from heat. Stir in dried cranberries, ketchup and 2 additional tablespoons of cassis.

Chill until cold, at least 4 hours and up to 3 days.
