This Korean dish is a family favorite and the recipe was given to me by a Korean woman I worked with at a hospital in Chicago.

Bulgoki Ingredients

1 pound Beef thinly sliced1/2 cup Sesame oil
4 Green onions whole & chopped1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Garlic 1/4 teaspoon Gourmet powder mSG, Adolph's Meat Tenderizer

Instructions for Bulgoki

Heat sesame oil in pan, add beef, garlic, gourmet powder, green oinions and soy sauce. Simmer until beef is tender. Serve over rice.
