1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise	2 teaspoon Cider Vinegar
1/8 cup Jalapeno peppers chopped	1 pinch Salt to taste
1/4 cup Cilantro chopped	1 pinch Pepper to taste

Mix together all the ingredients and season to taste.
