Coffee Creme Brulee Ingredients

500 grams Fresh Cream 1 dl Espresso coffee
100 grams Sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
6 Egg yokes

Instructions for Coffee Creme Brulee

Put the yokes in a bowl and add the sugar. Mix. Add the Cream, the coffee and the vanilla essence. Mix until the sugar is completly absorbed.
Pour into 6 little earthware pots. Put the pots into a pyrex dish half full of water. Bake them in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees celsius
