Pasta Salad Ingredients

1 package (12 oz) Rotini (Tri-Color) Pepper to taste
1 ea Yellow bell pepper chopped1 package Mushrooms cleaned and sliced
1 ea Red bell pepper chopped3 cloves Garlic minced
1 can (4 1/4 oz) Black olives sliced2 tablespoons Basil diced
1/4 cup Green Olives 1/3 cup Olive oil
1 medium Red Onion diced1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
Salt to taste

Instructions for Pasta Salad

Cook rotini according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain well.

Place pasta in a large salad bowl. Add mushrooms, garlic, yellow and red bell peppers, black and green olives and red onions. Gently mix vegetables into pasta. Pour in olive oil and vinegar and mix into pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste.
