Warm Center Chocolate, Chocolate Bread Pudding Ingredients

2 oz Melted butter 6 c Day old bread
4 lg Eggs; slightly beaten 12 1-ounce cubes of dark
1 c Brown sugar 1 c White chocolate sauce; (in a
3 c Heavy cream Whipped cream in pastry bag
1 c Milk Fresh mint
1 ts Vanilla Powdered sugar in shaker
1/2 ts Cinnamon Cocoa powder in shaker
1 c Melted milk chocolate

Instructions for Warm Center Chocolate, Chocolate Bread Pudding

ESSENCE OF EMERIL SHOW#EE2277 Preheat oven to 350 F and grease twelve muffin tins. In a mixing bowl, whisk the butter, eggs, sugar, cream, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and chocolate together. Fold in the bread and blend thoroughly. Pour 1/2 cup of the mixture into each muffin tin. Press one of the chocolate cubes into the center of each pudding. Bake for 35 minutes or until the pudding is set. Remove from the oven. Invert one of the bread puddings onto a plate. Drizzle with the white chocolate sauce. Garnish with the whipped cream, mint, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. Yield: 12 servings Posted to recipelu-digest by molony on Mar 14, 1998
