Meatballs Ingredients

1 package Meatloaf Mix	Pepper
1 1/2 pounds Ground beef	2 Eggs
1 clove Garlic	Grated Parmesan Cheese
Parsley	3/4 cup Bread crumbs to each lb meat
Salt

Instructions for Meatballs

Blend ingredients together
Form small balls
Brown in frying pan or Bake in 350-375 for 1 hour turning every 30 minutes or until brown

This recipe was easy to follow. The flavor was superb and I will definitely be making these again!

I left out the Meatloaf Mix, Grated Parmesan Cheese and only used 1 egg as well as a very small onion finely diced and pan fried them. Great recipe that I will be making again.
