Instructions for Chicken Chow Mein
Peel and wash the garlic and cut each clove into 6 slithers. Place 1 steak on a cutting board and using a sharp knife make 3 pockets in one side of the steak about 2 inches apart and insert a slither a garlic in each pocket, when all steaks are done it is time to crumb them. In a wide bowl combine the egg with the milk and beat until well mixed. Place bread crumbs on a plate next to the egg mixture and a empty plate next to the crumb plate. Dip one steak at a time into the egg mixture then place onto the crumbs and press into the crumbs to coat well, turn steak over and press the other side into the crumbs, once steak is crumbed place on the empty plate and repeat the process with the other steaks. For double crumbing, repeat the process a second time with each steak and adding more bread crumbs as needed. Once finshed crumbing the steaks cover them with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 1/2 an hour. In a large frying pan, put enough oil in to cover the bottom in a thin layer and heat on medium, when heated place steaks in but make sure there is a little space between each steak and cook for about

Important to have everything pre-prepared and close at hand and a saucepan of water heating on the stove for the noodles. [I posted this recipe.]
