Double Good Blueberry Pie Ingredients

Pie shell baked4 cups Blueberries
3/4 cups Sugar 1 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoon Corn starch 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon Salt Whipped cream
1/4 cup Water

Instructions for Double Good Blueberry Pie

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in large pot. Add water and 2 cups of blueberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened and clear.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and lemon juice. Cool.
Place remaining 2 cups raw blueberries in pie shell. Top with cooked berry mixture.
Chill.
Serve with whipped cream.
