Swiss Vegetable Medley Ingredients

1 16oz bag Frozen broccoli, carrots, & cawliflower thawed and drained1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 10 3/4 can Cream of mushroom soup 1 jar 4 oz Chopped pimento, drained, (optional)
1 cup 4 0z Swiss Cheese shredded1 can 2.8 oz Durkee french fried onions
1/3 cup Sour cream

Instructions for Swiss Vegetable Medley

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can fried onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole. Baked covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Baked uncovered 5 minutes

I loved this recipe and was inspired to make some adjustments. I added shredded chicken and changed the soup to cream of chicken. I also changed the cheese to cheddar. It makes a great family dinner when I am in a hurry and I make the swiss veggie casserole for holiday dinners.
