100% would make this recipe for Devils Float again.

This is a desert recipe that has been in my family for decades. You can find a really nasty version at some restaurants, but I don't recommend you try them.

Devils Float Ingredients

-- Pudding --1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Brown sugar 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 cup Sugar 1 1/2 tablespoon Cocoa
2 tablespoon Cocoa 3/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Hot water 2 tablespoon Butter
-- Cake --1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Flour 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions for Devils Float

Mix pudding ingredients in bowl, stir until sugar is disolved, pour in cake pan.

Mix cake ingredients and pour into cake pan.

Bake at 350 for abotu 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Just want to say that it is definitely 'death by chocolate'; you have to be an avid chocolate lover to like it (which I'm not) but every time I make it, my grown children and grandchildren go ape for it.

Just a note, you should refridgerate any left overs of this recipe.. It is just as good cold as it is reheated, but there is nothing quite like it when it is hot and fresh out of the oven with a large glass of cold milk...
