Rose Crust Pastry Ingredients

8 ounce Plain Flour 8 ounce Margarine
3 ounce Corn Flour 1 Egg
3 ounce Icing Sugar

Instructions for Rose Crust Pastry

Cream fat & sugar.
Stir in flour & cornflour.
Bind with an egg.
Leave to rest in fridge for 20 mins.
Roll out using lots of flour.
Bake at 180C for 10-12mins until pastry is only just firm & slightly golden crust, do not overcook.
