Grandma's Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients

3 1/2 cups Flour unsifted	1 cup Margarine
1 teaspoon Baking soda	3/4 cup Peanut butter
1 teaspoon Salt	2 cups Brown sugar firmly packed

Instructions for Grandma's Peanut Butter Cookies

Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside
Mix together margarine and peanut butter.
Add brown sugar mixing thoroughly
Add eggs, beat well
Gradually add flour mixture, beating until thoroughly mixed

On floured surface roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut with floured cookie cutter and place on an ungreased baking sheet. (Molded variation: instead of rolling dough, form 1 inch balls. Place balls 6 inches apart on baking sheet. press with fork dipped in flour) Bake in 400 oven 4-6 minutes or until edges are browned
