Russian Tea Cakes Ingredients

1 cup Butter softened2 1/2 cups Flour sifted
1/2 cup Confectioners Sugar sifted1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla 3/4 cup Nuts chopped

Instructions for Russian Tea Cakes

Mix together butter, sugar and vanilla
Sift together and mix in flour and salt
Then add nuts
Chill
Roll into 1 inch balls
Bake at 400 until set, but not brown (about 10 minutes)
Roll in confectioner's sugar while warm, let cool then roll in sugar again
