1/4 cup White wine vinegar	2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley finely chopped
1/2 cup Corn oil	2 tablespoon Green onion finely chopped
6 tablespoon Parmesan grated	4 slices Bacon crumbled
2 cloves Garlic minced	16 ounce Spinach

Whisk first seven ingredients in jar. Store until serving.
Add to spinach just before serving
