Special Meatloaf Ingredients

kilo can of tomato puree
1 clove of garlic finely chopped green peper finely chopped
1 big onion finely chopped 3 slices of ham (very thin)
cup of oats cup of mozzarella chesse
cup of bread crumbs cup of parmesan chesse
1 loaf of bread broken in pieces and sumerged in milk 1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 egg lightly beaten 1 tablespoons of salt
2 medium carrots grated ground pepper
1 stalk of celery finely chopped 3 tablespoons of coriander finely chopped
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions for Special Meatloaf

1.- Lightly grease a baking dish of 7in x 11 in with the olive oil and place the slices of ham in it.
2.- In a bowl mix all the rest of the ingredients except for the cheeses (take out all the milk of the bread before you mix it with all the ingredients).
3.- Put the meat mixture on top of the ham and bake for 50 minutes at 200 C (400 F).
4.- Take out the meat loaf and sprinkle with the grated cheeses, then return to the oven for another 10 minutes.

I would love to try this recipe if all the ingredients were plainly listed. Is that 1 kilo of ground beef and what size can of tomato puree? I wish all would please re-read their postings to make sure it was clearly written.

As I was in a hurry and was serving this in buns I left out the oats, the bread soaked in milk, the ham and cheeses. It still turned out fantastic.
