Simple Hamburger Casserole
4 Servings
100% would make this recipe for Simple Hamburger Casserole again.
I made this on Jan 22, 2006 for Michelle. She gave this two thumbs up (that's like 5 stars). So we'll be having this again. And it really does go together fairly quickly

We called this Tator Tot Casserole as I was growing up. My kids LOVE this! Easy to make and tasty!

I thought it was great! I think i'm going to add some corn next time. I added fresh mushrooms, since I had no canned. My kids loved it.

We liked it, but leftovers do not look appetizing. I would make again if I had the ingredients on hand but would scale the recipe by 1/2 to eliminate leftovers.
