Priscilla's Stuft Mushrooms Ingredients

16 large Mushrooms 1/4 cup Beef Broth
1/4 pound Margarine 1/4 cup Sherry
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs 1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs beaten1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Parsley chopped1 can (12 oz) Parmesan
1 tablespoon Onion powder

Instructions for Priscilla's Stuft Mushrooms

Preheat oven to 375'
Remove Stems and chop them fine
Heat 2-3 Tablespoons of Margarine and Saute the stems
Set Aside
Mix Crumbs, Eggs, Parsley, Onion Powder, Broth, Sherry, Salt, Pepper.
Brush Caps with Margarine.
Place on a sheet and fill with mixture
Top with Parmesan and dot with margarine
Bake at 375' for 15-20 minutes
