Egg and Shrimp Salad Sandwiches Ingredients

2 large eggs, boiled chopped1 pinch Black pepper - to taste
8 ounces Cottage Cheese - low fat1/2 teaspoon Curry powder - to taste
4 ounces Shrimp - small (50-70/lb)2 slices Multigrain bread - toasted
1 pinch salt - to taste

Instructions for Egg and Shrimp Salad Sandwiches

Mix in a bowl and spice with salt, pepper and curry

Can be eaten with an ordinary salad or on whole-grain bread (nicest if it is
well-toasted)

Each (3/4 cup) serving (including one slice of 7-grain toast) contains an estimated:
