Kevin's Bottom of the Sea Casserole Ingredients

-- Kevin's Bottom Of the Sae Cassarole --1 stalk Green onion diced
1 dozen Shrimp quartered3 each Yellow potato quartered
1/2 cup Scallops sauted2 piece Bacon chopped
1/2 cup Lump crab meat thawed3/4 cup Whole milk as required
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1 ea White onion chopped

Instructions for Kevin's Bottom of the Sea Casserole

Boil shrimp to liking, chop in quarters, saute scallops, places all ingredents in a cassarole dish cover top with cheese and bake at 350 for 30 mins top with crushed crackers and sour cream for garnish and serve hot.
