Coconut Banana Bran Bread Ingredients

1 Egg 3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Milk 1/2 cup Bran Cereal
1/2 cup Bananas mashed1 1/2 cup Whole-wheat flour
3 tablespoon Butter 1 1/2 cup Bread Flour
3 tablespoon Honey 2 1/4 teaspoon Yeast
6 tablespoon Coconut flaked

Instructions for Coconut Banana Bran Bread

1.5 lb loaf
Put ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by your bread machine instructions. Set for whole-wheat bread, medium crust. Press Start

1 lb loaf:
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/3 mashed ripe bananas
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup bran cereal
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
