I serve this with Roast Pork also Grilled Pork Chops with Crackling and for Desert with Icecream, Custard or Yoghurt.

Stewed Apples Ingredients
4 large
Apple
s peeled, cored and rinsed.
1 tablespoon Water
1 teaspoon
Sugar
Instructions for Stewed Apples
Slice apples into a microwave proof dish, add sugar then water and cover with cling wrap, leaving a slight gap on either side of the dish for steam to escape. Place in microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes, take out and uncover carefully, stir gently, cover loosely and return to microwave for a further 2 minutes on high.Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
I use Lady Williams Apples as I find they keep there colour and shape well and do not go brown like so many other varieties do.
