Carolina Macaroni Salad Ingredients

1 package (7-1/4 oz.) Kraft Macaroni & cheese dinner 1 pepper Small green chopped
1/2 cup Kraft sandwich spread 1 onion Small finely chopped
3 eggs Hard-cooked chopped black pepper dash

Instructions for Carolina Macaroni Salad

Prepare dinner as directed on package. Add remaining ingedients; mix lightly. Cover.

Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Great Substitute: Substitute 1/2 cup Miracle Whip dressing mixed with 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish for the sandwich spread.

I've been making this for years! Always a hit at potlucks or barbeques. I use red, yellow, and orange peppers for color. (And a dash of sugar for sweetness)
