Beef Stew Ingredients

1 -1 pounds cubed beef stew meat 1 teaspoon salt
cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon white sugar
3 tablespoons margarine teaspoon ground black pepper
1 small onion chopped teaspoon paprika
4 medium potatoes cubed 1 teaspoon Mrs Dash (Garlic and Herb)
3 carrots, sliced 1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 stalks celery sliced1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic minced4 cups water
2 bay leaves

Instructions for Beef Stew

Coat beef cubes in flour. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef cubes and saute until evenly browned. Transfer browned beef cubes to slow cooker.

Add remaining ingredients, pouring water in last. Stir and cover. Cook on low for 10-12 hours, or on high for 5-6 hours.
