Buttermilk Substitute Ingredients

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup milk

Instructions for Buttermilk Substitute

Pour lemon juice into a 1 or 2 cup measuring cup (preferably glass). Add enough milk to equal 1 cup. Let mixture stand for five minutes.
