Pork Loin Roast Ingredients

2 lbs pork loin roast 1 tbsp tomato paste
1 large onion tsp pepper
1 cup hot water tsp salt
cup sugar tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp Mrs Dash (favorite variety or garlic and herb)

Instructions for Pork Loin Roast

Slice onion and place on bottom of slow cooker. Add roast. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
Amy's Tip: For a delicious, creamy pork gravy, ladle juice into a 2-cup measuring cup to the 1-cup mark (if you do not have a full cup of juice, use as much as you can). Add milk to the 2-cup mark. Whisk in two tablespoons of flour and heat in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until the gravy thickens. (If not thickening, use a small amount of rue.)
